How do I get there from here?

If you get lost or unsure of how to get someplace, you need some simple way of finding how to find your way.  “Where is” is the simplest way of asking in English. In Spanish the phrase is “¿dónde está?” (dohn des tah) and here I will share some examples:

• Where is the school?  – ¿Dónde está la escuela?
• Where is a restaurant? – ¿Dónde está un restaurante? 
• Where is the bathroom? – ¿Dónde está el baño?
• Where is the bank? - ¿Dónde está el banco?
